Jason, God is everywhere so I would expect his spirit, his power, that inward part that is Himself, is also everywhere. Paul also says that no one knows the mind of a man except the spirit of a man yet no one thinks that spirit is a different person apart from a man. It's that powerful, inward, thinking part of the man--I would expect the same with God on a grander scale.
