This group and or forum is for questions and or proofs of the evidences for Dispensational Doctrine. Wether for or against.
It must be based on Biblical and extrabiblical facts of History or the Bible.
Thank you for your question, you only have to ask a question or give proof of your view. God Bless RC Scrolls

Thanx Ray, i fully agree with you on this though i am still a babe in Amillenialism and Covenant theology. Presently i am reading Kim Riddlebarger's book on Amillenialism. I have read several others before that such as Anthony Hoekema (who was very helpful). And now when i read the Holy Writ it is a blessing to see and understand more the true meaning of ''thy Kingdom come'' having been enlightened from the confusion of 'dispensationalism'. God bless.

Many people for manys yrs have said that Israel will be restored Nationally. And that if you have a different view as some, that you are of a replacement Theology.
How ever this is not so, In oter words they say that the other view holds to the Church replacing Israel which is the farthest thing from the truth. The Fact is the Church has allways been, anytime Israel came together to praise God they were in fact a Church. Study out gather gathering, Assemble, Assembly, Congregation. If the whole Bible was Written in one Language such as the Septuigent you would see that the Church in deed has always been. So this view dosent reconstruct and say t5hat it replaces Israel, matter of factly its the opposite, it includes Israel. In Galatians 6:16, And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God. There is an Israel of GOD which we all are if we are Christian. EHP 2:12-16, makes it perfectly clear we have been made one. Eph 2:12 , That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
Israel and the Church are the same thing, the Israel of God, and this is whats meant when we read all Israel will be saved. Only the True and Faithful of National Israel will be saved. Theres no such thing as a man being saved because Hes a Jew or Israelite. That dosent make Him saved. The Law never saved anyone. Grace didnt just come by Christ in this Age of the Church, its allways been. And this is why we differ about the dispensations. We say that truly there are dispensations. We just dont believe, that Grace never existed until the Church. How was King David Saved not by the La, it would Kill Him, but by Grace and mercy.
The same way we are. heres a Contrast of Israel and the Church,
ALL OF GODS ISRAEL

Israel is the kingdom of God (Exodus 19:6 1; Chronicles 17:14; 1 Chronicles 28:5)

Israel is the beloved of God (Exodus 15:13; Deuteronomy 33:3; Ezra 3:11).

Israel is the bride/wife of God (Isaiah 54:5-6; Jeremiah 2:2; Ezekiel 16:32; Hosea 1:2).

Israelites are the children of Abraham (2 Chronicles 20:7; Psalms 105:6; Isaiah 41:8).

Israelites are the priests of God (Exodus 19:6).

Israelites are the children of God (Exodus 4:22; Deuteronomy 14:1; Isaiah 1:2,4; 63:8; Jeremiah 31:9; Hosea 11:1).

Israelites are the chosen people (Deuteronomy 7:7; 10:15; 14:2; Isaiah 43:20-21).

Israelites are the circumcised (Genesis 17:10,13; Judges 15:18).

Israelites are the people of God (Exodus 6:7; Deuteronomy 27:9; 2 Samuel 7:23; Jeremiah 11:4)

WILL BE SAVED

Christians are the kingdom of God (Romans 14:17; 1 Corinthians 4:20; Colossians 1:13; 4:11; Revelation 1:6).

Christians are the beloved of God (Romans 1:7; 9; 25; Ephesians 5:1; Colossians 3:12; John 3:1; 2 Thessalonians 2:13; Revelation 1:4-6).

Christians are the bride/wife of God (2 Corinthians 1l:2; Ephesians 5:31-32).

Christians are the children of Abraham (Romans 4:11,16; Galatians 3:7,29; Thessalonians 1:10; Titus 2:14).
Christians are the priests of God (1 Peter 2:5,9; Revelation 1:6; Revelation 5:10). Galatians 4:23,28,31).
Christians are the children of God (John 1:12; 11:52; Romans 8:14,16; 2 Corinthians 6:18; Galatians 3:26; Galatians 4:5-7; Philippians 2:15; 1 John 3:1).

Christians are the chosen people (Colossians 3:12; 1 Peter 2:9).

Christians are the circumcised (Romans 2:29; Philippians 3:3; Colossians 2:11).

Christians are the people of God (Romans 9:25; 2 Corinthians 6:16; Ephesians 4:12; 5:3; 2
Thats whats meant when we and Gods wors says that,
Romans 11:26,
And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
All Israel shall be saved Amen.

Hi Ray...actually i agree with you - though i am fairly new ton Amillenialism - Acts 15:13-18 was the passage that really opened my eyes as well as the key to understanding all the old testament prophecies. We are the Isreal of God and the children of Abraham. The 3rd rebuilding of the tabernacle of David is literally the calling of the gentiles and NOT some physical temple rebuilt in jerusalem at the beginning of the so-called 7 year tribulation period (daniel's 70th week). I fully agree with you that God has divorced isreal though He is still calling out a remnant of jewish converts unto Himself.

Hi Deran in response to Hi Ray on the 27th june concerning Acts 15. This is a passage from Jeremiah being restated. Jer 33:7-8 And I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to return, and will build them, as at the first.
8 And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned, and whereby they have transgressed against me.

This is already fulfilled . on Pentecost and the very Day that Luke has written this in acts, Thats why Luke mentions it, not as a future to be done, but that now that the Gentiles are included it has fulfille that passage from Jere. Because when it states this in Jeremiah ,This is accomplished, you see that when it talks about the Gentiles being part. Read the whole chp in Jeremiah. All we have now is Jesus our Temple no reason to await another to be built. God said all those blessings and nobody listens to the curses. God is done with Phyisical Israel, all the land promises were completed as well. God owes nothing to Physical National Israel. Now we have a New Jerusalem one in Heaven after we die we go to, and a spiritual Jerusalem Here while we live. Thats why there are two Jerusalems that John sees in REV. where Jew and Gentile can be saved. The spiritual Israel has always been the faithful amongst all generations. We are the Israel of God. Gala 6:16, and Ephesians 2.

The only thing thats the same about Israel old and todays Israel physical is the name. God divorced them.
Jer 3:8-9
8 And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.
9 And it came to pass through the lightness of her whoredom, that she defiled the land, and committed adultery with stones and with stocks.

Jer 3:17 (KJV)
17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.

God Bless RC

Hi Ray...i believe the key to interpreting those passages is found in Acts 15:13-18.

Hi Everybody, could somebody give me the scriptures that show the restoration of Israel, the actual scriptures used to show that the restoration is to come, the regathering etc.
Thank you very much. I just want to see what scripture shows this. Have a nice Day. Love in Christ RC

Hi everyone, I used to be a dispensationalist but recently made a transition to Amillenialism. I side with R.C.Sproul when he says that dispensationalism is 'goofy'. For a position that claims to be the 'truest' in biblical hermanuetics is the farthest thing from the truth. Though my transition is not thoroughly complete i can safely reject dispensationalism as being scriptural. I am currently studying Amillenialism as well as historical premillenialism (or covenant premillenialism) through the works of G.E. Ladd. May God open all our minds to His precious truth !
