Being Lutheran, I don't think that any lay person should do any type of preaching, but they should witness one on one. Lay persons are not trained to preach Law and Gospel.

At 4:20am on June 29, 2008, Joe said…: Hey, we did go out yesterday from 2p to 4.30p at Mihama, and then went to somewhere up north, and the name escapes me right now. strange. we were there till almost 11p and i didn't get home till midnight. praise the Lord. yesterday was awesome. we got into conversations, all of us (5) and were able to spread His word. encourage believers, give reasons to think about to non believers, and flat out convict/condemn the proud and demonic. dan has a video of a couple conversations he got into, so you might ask him about it.
hey, i'm also excited that our brother is moving out here! that's so awesome.
we'll talk more, but i'm not sure how far we are supposed to have read. a page # and/or chapter would help if you know.
