How can a Christian pray with non-Christian, what God, god or gods are they praying to? Muslims' god Allah isn't the Christian God. Hindus have multi gods. Mormons have their god or they can become a god.

I would be Lutheran if I didn't believe the Confessions. The difference between the LC-MS and the ELCA is that the ELCA has watered down their belief in the Lutheran Confessions to the point that the ELCA can hardly be called Lutheran anymore.

Tell us about yourself: I am life long Lutheran, former member of the ELCA, moved to California from Pennsylvanian where my wife and I joined a confessional church in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. The pastor has pointed me to reading Lutheran Theological Books and the Lutheran Confessions.

Lutheranism

This is from a Lutheran Blog Confessional gadfly, What are your thoughts?

1. Scripture is the Inspired, True, Word of God, which Christians are to believe and are to understand as the basis of any doctrine.
2. Scripture says that you are sinful through and through, and that even your own attempts at being good are full of wickedness and failure.
