I think you might find my commentaries of June 10th, to Ed Babinski (non-theist) and also to Mike Beidler (old earth Christian), interesting. Please find their names on my section and click onto "view thread" button. Thank you. Sung

I think you might enjoy reading the conversation taking place between Mike Beidler (old earth and Macro supporter) and me. Just click onto my site, find Beidlers picture, and click "view thread". Please feel free to add input. Thanks. sung

Yes, although I agree with most everything you have mentioned, I differ in one aspect. I try not to get people to swallow the whole notion of young earth vs. old earth debate. Instead I simply try to convince them why Macro-evolutionary ideas as proposed in schools with an intelligent Creator out of the picture does not make sense. I think there are many Christians who hold to old earth as well as young earth, and though it is an important difference, it is more important whether they believe it is God behind the plan or nature alone. I concentrate more on trying to give people the scientific foundations for being certain that God exists, contrary to common beliefs in the general society. I then try to get them on the road to finding out why that God is Christ alone.
Other than this, I agree with most everything you have stated and I fully believe a young earth theory, but that God can make the earth age as fast as He pleases, since He is not limited by time, and we are confused by the scientistis who have placed us on the wrong path by assuming an old earth to validate their evolutionary ideas. I think that many people hold to old earth theory because they are misled by carbon dating. But carbon dating is flawed from the beginning since it was set-up by scientists based on old earth ideas and man's perception of the age of the universe at that time in order to push fossil date, cave man, and other evolutionary ideas. The biggest flaw with old earth theory is that Macro-Evolution is still unproven and there is not one single proof for it.
I hope to check out the new movie. I regret I have not had the chance to see it yet. Thanks for asking.

Welcome, just saying hi. I conduct classes teaching people on the scientific evidences for a Creator. If you have any questions I would be happy to answer any and all questions.

Tell us about yourself
I don't believe that everyone who disagrees with me is a heretic, therefore, I listen to all points of view to get a better perception of why they believe as they do. This attitude will usually allow me to refrain from calling them a heretic. When we get to glory we all will find out where we have been wrong except, of course, for those who have perfect theology.
How would you describe yourself theologically?
Sovereign Grace Baptist
Who is the greatest theologian in the last 2000 years? (Besides Biblical People!)
Jesus Christ
