Christmas Basket Project Ecuador 2008

Being on full-time Missions in the heart of the Ecuadorian Cloud Forest has helped us redefine what is important. This past Christmas, many families received a basket of much needed items. Many here hope the holidays pass quickly because they are reminded of what they don't have. Delivering these baskets and ministering to poor families needs has been a blessing for us. A good friend just bought an '09 Softtail Classic Deluxe - the "deluxe" cracks me up, like it's a good cheeseburger or something - and it is a beautiful bike, too.

Sadly, I'm destined to ride my '06 Vulcan Classic 1600. I could have paid more, of course, and gotten a Harley. But I wouldn't have had a better bike.
