Thanks for the links ray. Interesting that they essentially are saying a Disciple-Making Church is the better model at least after the seekers "cross the line"

REMEMBER, REMEMBER THE FIFTH OF NOVEMBER: A short story from the British Reformation

A QUICK AND INSUFFICIENT BACKGROUND (but I'm usually too wordy, so I'll keep it brief)

The earliest years of the 17th century were a tumultuous time on the British Isles. The years leading up to the turn of that century had seen many political and religious changes that kept the Isles teetering on edge of Civil war. FOR YOU, FOR FREE - NO SHIPPING REQUIRED: Creeds and Such, Flipbook

(Background: Been Reformed Baptist for a few years and Semper Reformanda, so our kids are just now getting used to the whole Confession, catechism, and knowing the creeds) So I say, "Yeah, that would be cool." And that was it. As far as I was concerned he could carry the confession around, the booklet we gave him isn't that big.

Then, two… Continue

Temporary InterLiturgicalContemporaryDenominational Dilemma.

I am in need of advice, sort of. Here's the thing, I don't have a good answer to the situation I'll explain below, but I'm honestly not sure if there is a good answer. I've been praying about it, a lot, but have yet to come to a good conclusion.

So, the situation:

I am currently deployed for a six month stint in Kuwait. For anyone who doesn't know much about how military deployments work, Kuwait is the "place to be." Upsides to getting deployed to Kuwait are:

1) There are established bases/ca… Continue
