Tell us about yourself
I'm 58 years old and married to a fine Christian Woman named Kathy for 24 years now. We attend Kenly Missionary Baptist Church. Kathy and I enjoy God's Mercies and Compassions which and new each morning.
How would you describe yourself theologically?
One who believes that Jesus is the one and only way to salvation by grace through faith. I do not think that people retain and sin nature after they are saved because God's Word says that we are new creatures in Christ once we are saved and all thing become new and the old is passed away. Christians are the Temple of The Holy Spirit. I don't think The Holy Spirit would share His Temple with a sin nature.
Who is the greatest theologian in the last 2000 years? (Besides Biblical People!)
That is a heard question to answer. If forced to choose I'd have to pick John Wesley.

1 or 2 natures

When we get saved God's Word says we are new creatures in Christ, the old is past away and all things become new. Some Christians(like me) believe the sin nature is destroyed once we are saved but some of God Children say we still have a sin nature but it is just covered by the Blood of Christ.

Thank you for the info William I appreciate it. I am ineterested in any info I can get about the root of our belief systems. I currently reading Arminius writings along with some research about Calvin. I don't know where it is leading me but, it has been interesting. Thanks again, i have been reading this site more than commenting, maybe I will get into the mix more.
